The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 6–12 months of security experience, and unarmed security certification. On-site CPR training, fitness facilities access, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and security to residents, staff and visitors.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas and secure doors/windows.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents promptly.
• Assist in safety drills and emergency responses.
• Maintain security logs and reports.
