Our Planned Security Services (PSS) division is hiring friendly and professional Private Security Guards to provide routine patrols, safety checks, gate security, mobile patrol, fire watch, and control room monitoring.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine security and safety patrols to ensure order and establish a security presence.
• Verify and track access credentials of residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries.
• Ensure all exits, doors, and windows are secure and functioning.
• Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) for disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to, investigate, and assess notifications, alarms, and communications.
• Assist residents, guests, and vendors as needed with security-related support.
• Report uninvited guests, suspicious possessions, and unlawful acts to authorities.
• Create and submit daily surveillance and incident reports to management.

Requirements

• New Jersey SORA license and a valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer or Guard.
• Knowledge of local, regional, and state legal guidelines for security and safety.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Experience with CCTV systems.
• Training in First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and self-defense.
• Strong report writing and verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma required.
