Talentify is seeking a Substitute School Nurse for Evergreen Park School District 124 in Illinois. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and an Illinois RN license with School Nursing endorsement; First Aid/CPR is required and candidates must be able to drive between EPSD124 campuses.

Strong communication, computer literacy, and knowledge of asthma, diabetes management, insulin pens/pumps and seizure management are essential. Prior school experience is preferred; daily rate is $243.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Illinois, Valid Professional Education License endorsed in School Nursing preferred
• First Aid and CPR Program Completion
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
• Ability to drive to EPSD124 different school locations
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of current practices for common childhood illnesses and chronic diseases: asthma management, diabetes, insulin pen and pumps, seizure management
• Proficient computer skills
