Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Substitute Student Supervision Associate to supervise students on school grounds, during breakfast, recess and lunch, and at events. The role involves enforcing school rules, promoting courtesy, and supporting PBIS-based supervision strategies.

A High School Diploma is preferred, with background in supervising school-age children and reliable transportation required. The position is paid at $20.00 per hour and requires passing a background check and TB test.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising school age children.
• High School Diploma is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervises students during breakfast, recess and lunch periods on school grounds.
• Enforces rules and regulations and promotes courtesy among students.
• Implements school policies and supervision strategies.
• Communicates with teachers and supervisors regarding incidents and behavior.
• Performs minor first aid and follows discipline plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
