Job summary

South Umpqua School District is seeking a Classified Substitute-Custodian in Myrtle Creek, Oregon to cover on-call custodial duties across Tri City Elementary, Myrtle Creek Elementary, Canyonville School, Coffenberry Middle School, and South Umpqua High School.

Starting immediately, you will perform standard custodial tasks, maintain restrooms, halls, and common areas, and lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated with ability to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties across multiple sites (restrooms, showers, locker rooms).
• Sweep/mop/wax/buff or vacuum floors and clean windows; empty trash.
• Assist with painting and other duties as assigned.
