Alta Equipment Group is seeking a Road Segment Technician for our Florida region to diagnose, maintain, and repair asphalt paving machinery such as pavers, rollers, and milling machines. You’ll work to minimize downtime on construction sites through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of heavy equipment repair experience.
• 2 years with Asphalt paving equipment preferred.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with understanding of engine, powertrain, hydraulics and electrical.
• Ability to travel and be on call for nights and weekends.
• Possess own tools.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Complete inspections on specific road products.
• Removal and installation of parts.
• Power washing and parts cleaning.
• Implementation of optional accessories.
• Maintenance and general repairs.
• Basic diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• On-the-road testing of equipment.
• Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
