Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience providing nursing services to individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and health care procedures ordered by a physician.
• Monitor health and medical conditions of individuals.
• Create and distribute medical/health reports detailing general health.
