Job summary

Front Porch Towers in San Francisco is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and supervise CNAs and LVN Charge Nurses under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services. The RN ensures resident care meets Federal and State regulations and company policy.

The role is on-site in San Francisco with on-call duties and a pay range of $55.00-$60.00 per hour. California RN licensure and a Bachelor's Degree are required; experience in long-term care is valued.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in California.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0 Year with knowledge of State and Federal regulations.
• 0 Year long term care, geriatric and/or rehabilitative nurse.

Responsibilities

• Registered Nurse
• Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction
• Responsible for reviewing referrals in the absence of admissions or the Director of Nursing
• Coordinates and performs patient assessments and plan of care evaluations
• Assists LVN and CNA staff with their duties as needed
• Coordinates and performs needed treatments, medications or other nursing interventions as indicated by the patient plan of care or as ordered by the physician
• Maintains required documentation as per Federal, State and Company Policy
• Attends all mandatory in-service meetings Complies with all department and facilities policies and procedures
