Hospice of Chattanooga, Inc. is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team, delivering high-quality in-home hospice care to patients and families in Hamilton County.

This on-call role follows a Monday-Thursday schedule from 4:30pm to 8:00am, with the territory covering Hamilton County and surrounding areas. The RN will assess needs, coordinate care, and provide education and emotional support during difficult times.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care required.
• Current unencumbered RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in medical-surgical/acute care; hospice a plus.
• Proficient with computer systems and EMR.
• CPR certification maintained if state requires.

Overview

Hospice of Chattanooga is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 430pm to 8am on-call

Territory: Hamilton County

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification if required by state.

$73,000 - $83,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
