Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to administer CPR and Naloxone.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage residents to support movement toward goals.
• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental tasks.
• Provide crisis intervention using nonviolent de-escalation techniques.
• Provide and facilitate group activities and community engagement.
• Maintain documentation and charts as required by policy.
