Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience as maintenance technician in residential, commercial, or facility settings.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community buildings, equipment, and grounds to support residents and operations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Perform drywall, flooring, doors, hardware, windows, and other repairs as needed.
• Respond to work orders promptly; participate in on-call rotation.
• Keep tools and storage areas organized and secure.
