We are looking to hire a Full Time Night Shift On Call Residential Care Associate II at our programs in the Lane County area, including Eugene, Springfield, and Junction City, Oregon.
The On Call Residential Care Associate II will provide support to residents according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatment activities.
They will administer prescribed medications, follow physician orders, document on medical charts and count sheets, assist clients with self‑administration of medications, transport clients, and maintain compliance with productivity standards for documentation of services.
Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through the MHACBO.

Will be required to register as a QMHA‑R through MHACBO during the first week of employment.
Driving is an essential function. Applicants must provide a valid driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and be able to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and lift, carry, push, pull up to 40 pounds.
May require occasional use of ladders, squat/kneel, and other physical tasks. Must successfully complete crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings.
Full Time, 40 hours per week. Night shifts (10:00 pm – 6:00 am) with a $3.00 per hour night shift differential and an additional 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates. May include holidays and weekend shifts.
$21.63 – $22.96 per hour DOE/credentials. Additional $3.00 per hour night shift differential and 5% language differential for bilingual candidates.
