We are looking for a Residential Care Associate II to join our team at our Manzanita Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon!
Residential Care Associate II will provide support to residents according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatment activities. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications, following physician orders, documenting on medical charts and count sheets, assisting clients with self‑administration of medications, transporting clients, and maintaining compliance with productivity standards.
This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit. Wages, benefits, and working conditions are set in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
With our MHACBO‑accredited training program, you will earn CEUs towards applicable mental health certifications, while attending required paid training and receiving qualified clinical supervision gaining on‑the‑job experience.
Per OAR 309‑035‑0135, Direct Care staff must be 18 or older at the time of hire.
Friday through Monday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm (Part Time, Swing)
$21.63 – $22.96 per hour DOE/Credentials. An additional $3.00 per hour night shift differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.
Manzanita Ridge is a secure, co‑ed, 8‑bed program serving adults living with a mental illness. Located on the grounds of the Junction City Hospital, it offers a safe and supportive environment.

Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
This position requires the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. It may require the ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable. Candidates must successfully complete crisis de‑escalation and CPR trainings.
