Qualifications

• Must be a confident swimmer and comfortable working in and around water-based recreational activities.
• Previous experience in customer service, recreation, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to safely assist guests with recreational equipment, including kayaks and other watercraft.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly while ensuring guest safety.
• Basic knowledge of water safety, first aid, and CPR is an asset (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and maintaining recreational equipment, as well as performing cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reservations, inventory, and equipment tracking.
• Must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable recreational environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily recreational facilities and activities to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding guest service and assist guests with equipment rentals and reservations.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization; monitor inventory and equipment.
• Support water-based and recreational activities to promote safety and enjoyment.
