Sound Behavioral Health in King County is seeking an on-call registered nurse to support outpatient clinics, traveling throughout the county to provide nursing care and coordinate medical resources. You will evaluate clients, monitor medications, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

The role emphasizes compassionate, culturally responsive care and collaboration with clinicians, pharmacies and community partners. Licensure in Washington and a background check are required.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington State RN or LPN license required and driving record acceptable.
• Experience in mental health settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and document consumer care.

Responsabilidades

• Observe, assess and document client behavior.
• Administer medications per nursing protocols.
• Develop treatment plans for medical needs.
• Coordinate referrals to medical resources.
• Maintain nursing area and equipment.
• Document reports and progress notes in charts.
• Participate in team meetings and program development.
• Transport or deliver medications as needed.
