Live AMC in Greenville, South Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair property buildings and grounds. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

The role involves ensuring the daily repair of properties, inventory management of supplies, and being available on an on-call basis. Full-time compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain the required property uniform ensuring a professional appearance.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle all lock-outs due to evictions and ensure 24-hour response to service requests.
