Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in property maintenance or handyman work.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of property.
• Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Respond to service requests and perform lock-outs.
