Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and ensure necessary tools are available.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Handle all lock-outs as a result of evictions.
