Qualifications

Responsibilities
Daily repair and upkeep of property and preparation of vacant units.
Maintain inventory of all supplies and equipment.
Ensure necessary tools are available.
Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
Maintain required uniform and professional appearance.
Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Be available for on-call work.
Secure maintenance shop at close of each workday.
Remove snow and ice as necessary.
Handle lock-outs due to evictions and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
