Job summary

NBH Bank seeks a Private Client Advisor to serve a select group of affluent clients, establishing trusted banker-client relationships and coordinating client financial needs across multiple lines of business.

You will protect confidential information and provide proactive, advisory conversations while aiming to meet quarterly and annual sales and service goals. Community involvement and compliant practices are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in progressive sales management, exceptional client service and client/prospect calling experience.
• Must be/become registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act.
• Compliance with mortgage regulatory requirements and NBH's policies; ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish entrusted banker-client relationships with NBH’s affluent clients.
• Coordinate assigned client financial needs through proactive cross‑line collaboration.
• Protect all client and bank information per privacy policies and procedures.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales and service goals.
• Represent NBH in community, civic, and professional organizations.
