Job summary

NBH Bank in Colorado seeks a Private Client Advisor to manage a select group of affluent clients, building trusted relationships and coordinating their financial needs across multiple NBH lines of business.

You'll drive sales and service goals while maintaining strict privacy and regulatory standards, including BSA/OFAC compliance. The role requires a strong client-service mindset and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales management and client service experience.
• Must be registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by SAFÉ Act.

Responsibilities

• Establish an entrusted banker-client relationship with NBH's affluent clients.
• Coordinate client financial needs through proactive, disciplined servicing across multiple lines of business.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales and service goals and represent NBH in community activities.
