Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a friendly Substitute Teacher to join our early education centers in Wayland, MA. As an on-call substitute, you’ll support classrooms across ages, help deliver engaging activities, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities include assisting with hands-on activities, communicating with families about daily milestones, and following center procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in child care preferred; CDA/degree preferred.
