Guardian Pharmacy, LLC in Eugene, OR is seeking a dependable Backup Delivery Driver to provide scheduled and on-call coverage across Local, North, South, Hospice, and Transport routes. The role primarily involves Monday–Friday afternoon/evening shifts with occasional weekend work, using a company-provided vehicle.

You will learn our processing systems, assist with Toter/Scanner duties when needed, and deliver medications accurately while maintaining professional customer service and privacy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• Comfort with learning new systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Cover scheduled vacations, call-ins, and route needs.
• Safely drive assigned routes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform final checks of medications before departure and organize deliveries.
• Provide professional customer service and handle returns as needed.
• Assist with processing and scanner duties when required.
