Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring on-call PATIENT SERVER roles for Providence Health Colby, Everett, WA. The position requires 1 year of related experience and pays $22.50–$23.50 per hour with on-call scheduling.

Responsibilities include patient meal service, tray assembly and delivery, and collaboration with nursing staff to meet dietary needs. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Computer technical skills to operate hospital systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient food service on assigned units, including tray assembly and delivery.
• Take patients' menu selections prior to meals.
• Ensure dietary restrictions are followed and accommodate allergies and preferences.
• Assemble trays accurately from tray tickets and timelines.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure diet prescriptions are met.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environment and follow HACCP guidelines.
