Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment per established plan of care.
• Assist in identifying goals and prioritizing treatment.
• Assess changes in functional deficits and adjust treatment.
• Educate residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with therapist on observations and progress.
• Document and bill in electronic medical record.
• Understand payer sources and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved.
