Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions (AWS) is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, on-site occupational health services in Mount Vernon, IL. This PRN/On-Call role supports preventive and restorative care aligned with AWS guidelines.

Ideal candidates have APRN/NP licensure in IL, DEA licensure, and experience in Urgent Care or Occ Med. This position emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and program workflows to support employee well-being.

Qualifications

At least one year experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Care, Occ Med, or Ortho.
Experience/ability to suture.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care to client employees while meeting client expectations for timely resolution and support.
Apply clinical reasoning to conduct risk and health assessments.
Document clinical activities thoroughly and incorporate feedback for improvement.
Monitor intervention effectiveness and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote function, recovery, and resilience.
Provide preventative and restorative services, including job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility training, and workstation evaluations.
Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness topics (bloodborne pathogens, OSHA, lifting techniques).
