On-Call Weekend Registered Nurse (Remote)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our remote weekend on-call team. In this role, you will provide professional clinical support by phone to clients across New York City, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. This position involves no travel or field visits.

Schedule

Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 9:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Respond to after-hours and weekend calls from clients, caregivers, and staff
• Deliver remote clinical triage and guidance using your nursing expertise
• Document all interactions in the EMR system accurately and in real time
• Coordinate with on-call supervisors to ensure the delivery of high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New York State
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience; home care or community health experience preferred
• Strong communication and sound clinical judgment
• Proficiency in EMR documentation and remote communication platforms
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace

Compensation

• Friday on-call pay: $75
• Saturday on-call pay: $150
• Sunday on-call pay: $150
• Additional compensation may be provided for individual calls or case support

This is a fully remote position with no fieldwork required.
