Job summary

Bristol Hospice LLC is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to serve as our Warriors of the Night, providing critical after-hours visits, admissions, and support for patients and families.

You will work evenings, nights, and weekends with autonomy, perform triage, coordinate with the DPCS and RN Case Manager, and document calls to ensure high-quality end-of-life care across our service area.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure in good standing.
• Knowledge of hospice care and telephone triage preferred.
• Able to travel within Bristol Hospice service area.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long periods.
• Flexible with after-hours, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform after-hours visits and admissions as needed.
• Coordinate with DPCS, RN Supervisor/Manager or RN Case Manager as per scope of practice.
• Dispatch field staff to patients' residences promptly.
• Document calls and outcomes in call-triage system.
• Provide start/end of shift reports per location workflow.
