Job summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa in Fernandina Beach, FL, is seeking a friendly Nail Technician to deliver luxury nail services to our guests. You will begin and end treatments on schedule, maintain a relaxing environment, and educate guests on home care.

The ideal candidate will hold a current State Cosmetology or Nail Tech license, have at least 1 year of nail experience, and be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess current State Cosmetology or Nail Tech License.
• 1-year minimum experience in nail services.
• Knowledge and adherence to all industry sanitation laws.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be passionate about warm, engaging, personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible standard of services while maintaining a relaxing environment.
• Begin and end treatments at the scheduled time and ensure correct protocol and procedures are followed.
• Ensure all equipment and lines are fully stocked on a day-to-day basis.
• Set up nail stations and pedicure bowls according to procedures and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate backbar inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Relay product and service benefits to clients with confidence.
• Attend all department training courses and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.
