Compleat Restorations is seeking a Mitigation Technician to assist the mitigation lead. You will execute assigned tasks across residential and commercial sites, respond to emergencies, and support a fast-paced restoration team in various environments.

Role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer-facing professionalism, with on-call rotations and opportunities to grow within the company. Training and advancement are offered in a hands-on setting.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn documentation and processes.
