Job summary

Morrison Child and Family Services is seeking an on-call Milieu Counselor for the SAGE program in Mt. Scott, Oregon.

This relief role covers shifts for leave, vacation, and sick time, with a requirement to respond quickly and communicate availability to supervisors. The position is non-exempt/hourly, with a starting wage of $24.04–$26.50 per hour, and bilingual Spanish speakers may earn $26.20–$28.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills using Word, Excel, databases and Outlook.
• One year of youth experience or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• On-call availability to cover leaves, vacations and sickness.
• Respond to work requests within 1 hour when available and keep supervisor updated.
• Complete required trainings including SAGE, licensing and Morrison trainings.
