• Perform and provide body treatments and massages for spa guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Certified Massage Therapist for the State of California and have a permit for the City of La Quinta.
• 2 years in massage therapy practice or in a resort spa as a therapist preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Job Requirements

• Regular attendance in conformance with resort standards.
• OSHA PPE usage required during work duties that pose potential health or safety risks.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well‑groomed appearance; hair longer than shoulder length must be pulled back in a presentable fashion.

Guest Interaction

No soliciting of guests is allowed.

Compensation

$16.90 - $16.90 per hour.
