This role supports adults with severe mental illness, develops life skills, and requires eligibility for QMHA registration. The position offers $19.00 - $22.00 hourly, plus additional compensation for night shifts and bilingual skills. Ideal candidates should have caregiving or mental health experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
• Valid driver's license required with a safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions.
• Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in crisis de-escalation training.
