Responsibilities

• Provide in-person financial counseling to determine payer source for self-pay accounts.
• Identify third-party liability and eligibility, verify coverage and pre-authorization.
• Assist with collection of co-pays, Medi-Cal SOC and other deposits; give reports as needed.
