The Unbound Collection Royal Palms Resort and Spa, located in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an On-Call Massage Therapist to join our spa team. This is a commissions-only position requiring weekend availability, with shifts typically from 9-5 on Sundays and/or 1-5 on Saturdays.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Massage Therapist is responsible for creating an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, delivering exceptional massage and body treatment services. Must hold a valid State of Arizona Massage Therapy license. The role requires confidence in technical skills, good time management, teamwork, tidiness, and a commitment to promoting wellbeing. Respecting guest privacy and discretion is essential.

Qualifications:

• Valid State of Arizona Massage Therapy license
• Minimum of two years of massage/body treatment experience in an upscale spa
• Refined communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry moderate weight; ability to go up and down stairs
• Weekend availability (9-5 on Sundays and/or 1-5 on Saturdays)
