Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Itasca, IL is seeking a dedicated team member to join our Market outlet team. You will assist hotel guests, maintain the daily food and beverage service at the Market, and help uphold Crescent and brand standards.

Must be available weekends and holidays; shifts start at 5:30 a.m. and end at 2:00 p.m.; second shift may be required. We offer competitive wages, 401K matching, and discounts on Crescent properties.

Qualifications

• Must have a self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Must have an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and guests.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the daily functions of the Market area and provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested.
• Ensure daily food and beverage service for the Market is maintained and served to Crescent and/or brand standards.
