Responsibilities

• Effectively handles maintenance service requests to high quality standards.
• Prepare apartment units for occupancy - drywall, painting, and basic carpentry.
• Ensure physical integrity and curb appeal of communities; report liabilities or improvements.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, major appliances, pool/spa, and HVAC systems.
