Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property buildings and grounds, perform daily repairs, and prepare vacant units for occupancy, while maintaining OSHA safety standards and on-call responsiveness. Requirements include HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, plus experience with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge required.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of property buildings and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Respond to service requests, including on-call duty.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA standards are followed.
