Job summary

Sage Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures in the Owings Mills area. The role includes HVAC preventative maintenance, repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and on-call duties on a rotating schedule.

Excellent customer service skills are required, and candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with minimal supervision while possessing own tools.

Qualifications

• HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience.
• General maintenance knowledge.
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license may be required, depending on location.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must have own tools.
