You will handle property maintenance, respond to service requests, perform apartment turns, and respond to emergency on-call to keep residents comfortable.
The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and general residential repairs, plus the ability to safely use hand and power tools.
