The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairs and upkeep of HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds and general presentation to ensure a superior resident experience.

Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and be available for 24-hour on-call maintenance.
