Are you a dependable maintenance technician with a passion for hands-on work and flexible scheduling? The Management of Icon is seeking On-Call Maintenance Technicians to support property maintenance operations in the Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to after-hours and emergency maintenance requests.

• Perform a variety of general repair tasks including:

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical

  • Carpentry

  • HVAC (if qualified)

• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections as needed.

• Complete assigned work orders efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of property systems and equipment.
