Job summary

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, possess effective communication skills, and present a professional appearance. A related degree or accredited certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all maintenance and repairs of the facility.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of Hotel Operations Maintenance.
• Will assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
• Ability to work on call shifts for emergencies, holidays, and weekends.
• Knowledge of carpentry, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts.
