Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and provide property maintenance.
• Schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy.
• Assist in interviewing and training service personnel.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Handle service requests and be available on-call.
• Manage inventory and ordering for the maintenance departments.
