Job summary

Crystal Ridge Care Center is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN nurse supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities and supervise nursing assistants in a long‑term care facility. You will ensure compliance with policies, review care plans, and participate in quality assurance programs.

The role requires a Nursing Degree and an active LPN/LVN license, with strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full‑time, on‑site position within PACS network facilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license to practice.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with laws and facility policies.
• Oversee compliance with Nursing Service Procedures Manual and quality assurance programs.
• Plan shifts, services, and activities with nursing staff and support personnel.
• Complete accident/incident reports and maintain resident charts and discharge plans.
• Ensure medication administration is performed correctly and safely by licensed personnel.
