Qualifications

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call patient needs promptly with skilled nursing care in home or facility settings.
• Conduct patient assessments and report changes to supervising RN or physician.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments per care plan.
