Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Criminal background clearance required by state.
• Health screening and TB test within 6 months.
• California nursing license is required.
• Minimum six months in long-term care or related field.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Work with a team of professionals to meet residents' needs.
• Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
• Attend meetings and trainings.
• Provide thorough shift reports.
• Update 24 hour report.
• Calendar upcoming needs.
• Promote Transforming Age's Culture of Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
