Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related field degree preferred.
• Licensed Massage Therapist certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of luxury spa experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide all massage and body services offered by the Spa at Rosewood Miramar Beach.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel spa packages, promotions, and pricing.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the work area.
• Set up workstation with supplies and report shortages to supervisor.
• Attend meetings and training sessions related to spa operations.
• Follow draping procedures and service protocol for each guest.
• Complete post-treatment documents and commission reports daily.
