Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and describe menu items with vivid details.
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar via POS and coordinate timings.
• Deliver orders to tables to ensure quality and timing.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns and requests.
• Read guests and adapt to create customized experiences for varied patrons.
• Close checks and process payments; settle voided checks or comps.
• Set up and break down tables; assist with duties during peak periods.
• Work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
