Job summary

Green Valley Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team on a PRN basis. Location: Green Valley Rehabilitation Center, Eugene. Wages range from $44.73/hr to $60.34/hr based on licensed experience.

PRN shifts are not guaranteed, with 1-2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month. You will provide quality nursing care, develop personalized care plans, supervise CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Ability to work 1-2 shifts per week, 2 weekend shifts per month (Required).
• Strong assessment and care planning skills.
• Leadership ability to guide CNAs and care staff.
• Commitment to resident-centered care.

What You’ll Do
